  • Mix 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh rosemary, 2 crushed garlic cloves, 1/4 cup of olive oil, and a pinch of salt.
  • Then rub the beef steaks with the mixture that you’ve made and leave the marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Place the beef steaks on a hot grill and cook to desired doneness.

Salmon steak with honey-soy marinade

  • Mix 1/4 cup of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of honey, 2 crushed garlic cloves, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  • Rub a generous amount of this mixture onto the salmon steaks and allow them to marinate for a minimum of 30 minutes.

VEAL STEAK WITH MUSTARD AND THYME MARINADE
