BEEF STEAK WITH ROSEMARY AND GARLIC
- Mix 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh rosemary, 2 crushed garlic cloves, 1/4 cup of olive oil, and a pinch of salt.
- Then rub the beef steaks with the mixture that you’ve made and leave the marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Place the beef steaks on a hot grill and cook to desired doneness.
Salmon steak with honey-soy marinade
- Mix 1/4 cup of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of honey, 2 crushed garlic cloves, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
- Rub a generous amount of this mixture onto the salmon steaks and allow them to marinate for a minimum of 30 minutes.
- Place the steaks on a hot grill and cook to desired doneness. And then when serving, sprinkle the steaks with fresh herbs such as parsley or dill and serve with a slice of lemon for added freshness. Honey-soy salmon pairs perfectly with grilled vegetables or a fresh salad.
VEAL STEAK WITH MUSTARD AND THYME MARINADE
- Mix 2 tablespoons of mustard, 2 crushed garlic cloves, 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh thyme, 1/4 cup of olive oil, and a pinch of salt.
- Coat the veal steaks liberally with this mixture and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Place it on a warmed grill and cook depends on your taste (Rare, Medium or Well done).
RABBIT STEAK WITH LEMON AND ROSEMARY MARINADE
- Mix 1/4 cup of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh rosemary, the juice and zest of 1 lemon, a pinch of salt, and pepper.
- Rub this mixture generously all over the rabbit steaks and let them marinate for a minimum of 30 minutes.
- Place the rabbit steaks on a warmed grill and cook to desired doneness.
Pork steak with soy sauce and ginger marinade
- Mix 1/4 cup of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh ginger, 2 crushed garlic cloves, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
- Spread a generous layer of this mixture onto the pork steaks and let them marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Place the pork steaks on your grill and cook to meat’s doneness.
