The main mission of The Monkey Times is to propose its readers comprehensive, entertaining, satirical or even provocative but thoughtful content from different authors, with different points of view. Articles in the “Op-Ed” category do not reflect the views of the publication, its owners or the editorial board. But this is just the platform where everyone can share their thoughts without being institutionally tied to the publication.
The Monkey Times publish different content, there are practically no prohibited topics. We publish articles on international politics, science, technology, tourism, sports, relations, culture, economics, history, highlight topical issues of today, controversy theories, satirical essays, ridiculing certain events, including showing different points of view on some and the same things, making the reader think. We support publications with illustrations, graphics, analytics, we publish illustrated articles where artists and researchers express their point of view not in form of text. The only unifying criterion is that each Op-Ed essay has an idea and point of view that encourages intellectual engagement with the topic.
We also work with experts on freelance basis and commission exclusive articles from them in various topics. In the Opinions section you can also find a list of our columnists, who are experienced authors and editors who observe what is happening in the world, in the country or city in which they live.
